I.C. Shah Named Small Business Graduate of the Year

The U.S. Small Business Administration's Buffalo District Office has named I.C. Shah, chairman of ICS Telecom Inc., its 8(a) Minority Small Business Graduate of the Year. The program helps socially and economically disadvantaged American citizens gain access to the economic mainstream.
