'DiversityInc' Magazine Recognizes Xerox
As part of its sixth annual "Top 50 Companies for Diversity" project, DiversityInc magazine has recognized Xerox Corporation for its efforts to nurture a diverse, inclusive workplace environment.
Xerox was named the No. 1 company on the list of "Top 10 Companies for GLBT Employees" and No. 4 on the list of "Top 10 Companies for African-Americans." In addition, Xerox was named among the "25 Noteworthy Companies" overall.
It is the sixth year that Xerox has been recognized by DiversityInc .
The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity project is based on a statistical analysis of responses to an in-depth survey that measures "CEO commitment, human capital, corporate communications and supplier diversity." A total of 256 companies participated in the survey.
The full results will appear in the June issue of DiversityInc , a monthly magazine that focuses on the business benefits of diversity.
