Bausch & Lomb Honored for Innovation in Diversity
Bausch & Lomb's diversity initiatives, using leading-edge employee communications technology, have earned the Company an International Innovation in Diversity Award from the Profiles in Diversity Journal.

Bausch & Lomb ranks in the top three companies in North America for innovation in diversity, according to the publication, along with BMO Financial Group of Montreal and Eastman Kodak Co., which, like B&L, is headquartered in Rochester.

Clay Osborne, vice president - Workforce Diversity and Organizational Effectiveness in Corporate Human Resources, leads B&L's diversity programs. The magazine selected Bausch & Lomb for the honor in recognition of the Company's commitment to developing and fostering diversity initiatives and specifically mentioned our use of streaming video on Bausch & Lomb TV, a powerful communications tool that provides employees worldwide with access to our diversity programs including the popular Diversity Speakers series.
