CEO Shares Her Secrets of Success

Mulcahy, CEO of Xerox Corporation, recently spoke to
Owens Corning employees November 11th at a diversity
in the workplace forum at the Toledo Ohio firm's downtown
headquarters. She talked about how she got to where
she is, her thoughts on leadership, and how diversity
is viewed at Xerox.
Mulcahy
opened her speech by saying, "The bottom line is
equal parts hard work, good mentors, being in the right
place at the right time, and focusing on the success
of Xerox, not my own career. I realize that sounds a
