UR Announces New Diversity Initiatives Website
The University of Rochester's Diversity WebPages have been expanded to include information on several exciting activities and initiatives that are underway across the University and Strong Health. Users can search by area of interest, (race, age or gender, for example) or by affiliation (hospital, MAG, The College) to find activities that support the University's mission of inclusion.

Charles J. Murphy, Associate Vice President for Human Resources, is pleased to announce the launch of this site and encourages all members of the University/Strong Health community to view the site and/or submit University-sponsored activities to be included. He stresses that it is important for each member of our community to be aware of the many activities available to our students, staff, faculty and volunteers. The site also contains UR/Strong Health activities for our patients as well as for the greater Rochester community.

Go to http://www.rochester.edu/diversity/initiatives/ to see the expanded site, to submit your activity/initiative for inclusion or to comment on the site.

You can also access the site from the Strong Health page at http://www.stronghealth.com/FindaService/services.cfm and clicking on Human Resources - Diversity Initiative.

If you have questions or comments about the site, please contact Marcia Furey, Manager of Human Resource Development; Kathy Sweetland, University Intercessor or Maia McGill, Sr Health Project Coordinator in Psychiatry.
