Bausch & Lomb Sponsors Internship Program
Bausch & Lomb is proud to sponsor its Seventh Annual Summer Youth Employment Program. Each year, Bausch & Lomb partners with the City of Rochester Good Grades Pay and PRIS2M Programs to provide Rochester city high school students with summer work experience and exposure to careers in business and science throughout the company. In addition, the company provides Summer Youth students with college intern mentors to encourage pursuits in higher education, and professional development workshops to improve students' public speaking, teamwork, and networking skills. Our goal is to give our city high school students a competitive advantage for future educational and career offerings.

This program is part of Bausch & Lomb's, "grow your own strategy, " which is designed to interest talented students to consider working at Bausch & Lomb after completing their College Education.
