Magazine Recognizes Two Rochester Companies as Best
for Minorities
Kodak
and Xerox were recognized as two of the best 50 companies
for minorities. The rankings were published in the magazine's
July 7th, 2003 issue and can also be accessed online
with a subscription at www.fortune.com.
In
key areas, Xerox was ranked fourth for both pay and
best place to work for Asians. Kodak was ranked fourth
for companies with the highest percentage of minorities
on the Board of Directors.
Fortune
compiled the results based on surveys sent to Fortune
1,000 companies and the 200 largest privately held U.S.
companies. 171 surveys were returned.
