Action for a Better Community, Inc. to Host Signature Event Reunion Luncheon October 11 in Recognition of Agency's 40th Anniversary
 Action for a Better Community, Inc., the Community Action Agency for Monroe and Ontario Counties will host the Signature Event Reunion Luncheon on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. The luncheon will provide the opportunity to recognize those individuals who have contributed to or benefited from the legacy of Action for a Better Community over the past forty years.
Event organizers want to hear from persons in the community who have participated in the programs and services offered by Action for a Better Community. Individuals who have successfully completed education and training programs, have received emergency assistance or who feel that their involvement with Action for a Better Community has positively impacted their lives are encouraged to contact the agency and share their stories.
Action for a Better Community, Inc, operates fifteen programs including Head Start, Weatherization, Community Building in Action, Action Front Center, New Directions, the ABC Enterprise Center and Community Action Partnership in Ontario County.
