The Speaker Showcase Series at Bausch & Lomb is a quarterly event which brings high level professionals from all types of industries and helps to re-enforce the link between diversity and our business. The Series was established to showcase women and minorities of significant achievement in business and give Bausch & Lomb executives and managers more exposure to these diverse corporate leaders and their management styles. B&L anticipates that exposure to these diverse styles and topical subjects will elevate audience awareness and present new concepts to stimulate strategic thinking.
