Rochester's Employee Groups Host Network Fair
In an effort to promote employee unity, Bausch & Lomb's seven Rochester-based employee networks, along with members of the Diversity Council, hosted the 2nd Annual Employee Network Fair yesterday to educate their co-workers on the benefits and activities of the networks. B&L's employee networks include: Latino Network, African American Network, Asia Pacific Network, South Asia Network, Women's Network, Women in Leadership Network, & Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender Network. These employee networks organize events/activities within four concentrated areas- Professional Development, Social, Community Involvement, & Cultural. The networks are an example of Bausch & Lomb's commitment to creating and maintaining a diverse workforce and providing an environment open to the expression of ideas.
