Bausch & Lomb VP Featured in National Magazine
Eileen Farinacci, vice president and general manager − Bausch & Lomb Canada and Latin America, is featured as a woman of initiative in Profiles in Diversity Journal, which has named her one of 47 “Women Worth Watching” in business in the United States.
Eileen joined Bausch & Lomb in 1994 as vice president – Quality Assurance, at our Tampa pharmaceuticals facility, and then served as vice president of Operations and general manager of the multisource pharma business before being named general manager of Bausch & Lomb Canada. She added responsibility for Latin America in 2003.
