Bausch & Lomb's Asian Networks Host Leadership Conference

Bausch & Lomb's two Asian employee networks joined with their counterparts at Eastman Kodak Co. and Xerox Corp. to host the First Annual Asian Leadership Conference in Rochester.

In addition to the members of our Asia Pacific Employee Network and our South Asia Network, a number of our senior leaders attended the conference including Dr. Gary Phillips, corporate vice president - Global Pharmaceuticals and Vitreoretinal, who made the closing remarks, and Dr. Bill Lever, vice president, chemical and pharmaceutical development, R&D, who spoke on the important role that employee networks play in corporations.

Other topics included change and how individual behavior affects change, and the requirements for expanding operations and markets overseas.
