Awards Recognize Employees Who've Helped Bausch &
Lomb Grow Stronger
CEO
Ron Zarrella and the company's seven affinity networks
honored Rochester employees who embody B&L's commitment
to diversity at an awards celebration in February. "We
applaud the efforts of the seven honorees whose actions
have helped raise employee awareness of our efforts to
be an inclusive and culturally fluent company," said
