Harter Secrest & Emery, LLP Joins GRDC
The GRDC is pleased to welcome new member, Harter, Secrest & Emery, LLP. Founded in 1893 in Rochester, New York, Harter, Secrest & Emery LLP has entered its second century with a diversified and dynamic law practice shared by more than 100 lawyers and 30 paralegals. The firm has three offices across Upstate New York and two offices in Southwest Florida. Its attorneys practice in all significant areas of law and provide legal services to a wide variety of clients including publicly-traded companies, privately-owned businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals.

The Harter Secrest home office is networked with regional offices in Buffalo and Albany, New York, and Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. The firm's legal practice is divided into three units: Business, Property, and Litigation.

The firm is committed to making each community in which it has an office a better place to live. Its lawyers hold leadership positions in the American Bar Association and various state and local bar associations as well as serve on the boards of numerous community organizations.
