Microwave Data Systems and Simmons Associates Join GRDC
The GRDC is pleased to welcome two new members, Microwave Data Systems and Simmons Associates.

Microwave Data Systems (MDS), headquartered in Rochester, N.Y. in a 56,000-square-foot design and manufacturing facility, is a world leader in industrial, wireless, networking solutions with applications in the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)/telemetry, telecommunications, and online transactional markets.

MDS designs and manufactures networked high-speed, point-to-multipoint, and medium- and low-capacity point-to-point industrial, microwave radios for use in oil and gas, utility, lottery, traffic monitoring, pubic safety, and telecommunication provider industries. Since 1985, MDS has installed more than 500,000 radios in over 110 countries with the majority of those radios still in service and performing within customers' industrial, wireless networks.

The company also has offices in Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, England, Australia, China, Canada and Latin America.
