Complimentary Best Practices Webinar: Best Practices of Top 25 Diversity Councils in the US

September 15th 2:00 PM
Host: Association of Diversity Councils
Presenter: Janice E. Bowman

The work of diversity councils is at the heart of sustaining diversity efforts in hundreds of organizations. Until this year there had not been any formal broad scale recognition of the tremendous achievements of councils. The Association of Diversity Councils, a division of PRISM International, Inc., changed that with its creation of the Diversity Council Honors Award?.

This award recognizes outstanding contributions and achievements of councils as evaluated in four areas: 1) Demonstrated Council Results; 2) Demonstrated Management Commitment; 3) Measurement and Accountability; and 4) Communication and Education. The Top 25 Award recipients were named earlier this year in March in Atlanta at the Linkage Summit on Leading Diversity. This is a prestigious group comprised of global, national, regional and non-profit organizations.

Join us for this 60-minute session presented by Janice E. Bowman, President of the Association of Diversity Council to learn about the work of these councils including:

  • Top 5 trends among councils
  • Best practices in such areas as talent management, communication, management, commitment and measurement.
  • Council profile trends
