Robert DiLutis, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra
Robert DiLutis, RPO Clarinetist, will discuss his historic trip to North Korea with the New York Philharmonic in 2007. His talk will focus on the impact of the arts on diplomacy.
Mr. DiLutis will also perform a new work based on the North Korean folk song "Arirang"
and present photos from the trip.
Robert DiLutis has performed as Second and E-flat clarinetist with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra since 1996. Prior to his position in New York, he performed as
Assistant Principal and Eb clarinetist with the San Antonio Symphony.
He is also the inventor of the Reed Machine,
a professional line of reed making products for the clarinet and saxophone.
Mr. DiLutis received his Bachelor degree in music performance from the Juilliard School .
