NCBI Rochester is pleased to offer a community workshop
Amid the growing number of People of Color assuming leadership positions across the country, some pundits proclaim that a new, post-racial America has begun. Yet the experiences of people across the color spectrum refute that claim. Join us for a dialogue of discovery as we examine the myths and perceptions we have toward one another that shape how we see the world. We’ll separate fact from fiction and learn key skills to create safe spaces for mutual respect and dialogue around race at work and in the community.
