NCBI Rochester is pleased to offer one of a series of community workshops
What behaviors, personal and systemic, lock racism in place? What leadership skills are needed to redress the legacy that racism holds over us today? How might our different experiences ‘color’ the way we view one another? Fortunately, the more we know about one other, the more we will learn from each other and become stronger allies. It is possible to undo the effects of privilege and racism when approached in a spirit of hope and optimism.
