Portia James Promoted to Director of Diversity and Leadership Programs for Wegmans Food Markets

Portia previously served as Wegmans Manager of Leadership Development for three years. She will be responsible for assisting Wegmans with their diversity strategy and continuing to provide development programs for their leadership talent at Wegmans.  She has a master's degree in Management from Nazareth College and a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management for SUNY College at Fredonia.
