Executive Leadership Roundtable
A key to our progress has been the support and involvement of senior leaders from member organizations. Through the Roundtable, which is a forum for sharing information and ideas, senior executives come together to exchange and develop ideas on how business leaders can be visible, active and effective in promoting work force diversity. By virtue of its leadership and resources, it has the unique potential to act as a proactive body to address diversity issues that have broad impact.
