Please complete all information in the online form below. Proposals must be received by May 20, 2011. Click here for a form to fax or mail.
Your application is not complete until we receive supporting materials that demonstrate performance. Examples include: links to or CD.DVDs of audio/video presentations and program evaluations from other events. Articles, books or letters of recommendation are not acceptable proof of performance. Materials cannot be returned but will be added if suitable to the WDN Resource Center. Notification of selected presenters will begin on May 31.
