"The WDN has had a powerful impact on our diversity work. It allows us to share best practices and to implement some of the best tactics from other companies. We are able to use those best practices by modifying them to adapt to our culture and business needs." - Clayton Osborne, Vice President, Global Diversity and Workforce Development, Bausch & Lomb
